It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import costs (duties, clearing fees) if applicable and required by the law of their country. If unsure, please check with your local authorities before ordering. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in additional charges, delays or items being returned to sender.

GENERAL RULES

The web site is owned and operated by Natalija Collection. By using it you agree to and accept the Terms and Conditions outlined in this section as well as the rules regarding our Returns & Delivery and Privacy Policy.

The rules apply to everyone who accesses the web site. If you do not agree with any of the points in our Terms and Conditions or in our Returns and Delivery policy do not proceed with the order.

Photos and all the contents on the web site are owned by Natalija Collection.

PLACING YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT

Our web site offers full functionality to place your order and process the payment. All products have clearly stated prices for the product and delivery. All prices are in euro.

Please note that we are not accountable for issues with delivery resulting from an incorrect address being provided when placing an order.

We are offering secure payments via Shopify payments. Natalija Collection will not be storing your credit card or bank account details.

IMPORTANT: production (processing time) and shipping (delivery term) are 2 different processes. Each process has its own time.

It takes at least 10-18 business days for a package to arrive to Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more)

SPECIAL ORDERS (PRE-ORDER OPTION)

We offer the possibility of requesting special orders – including additional colours, materials and sizes. These orders will be specifically agreed with Natalija Collection. Once confirmed and purchased, special orders cannot be returned.

CHANGES AND UPDATES

We reserve the right to change the contents of the web site including prices and product description without prior notice. Any product can be discontinued at any time and removed from offer.

Terms and Conditions, Delivery and Returns and Privacy policy rules can be changed and updated at any time. It is the responsibility of the user to become familiar with the latest version when accessing the web site and making a purchase.
