Order process
First step: Choose the products you want to order
Next to each title/article there is a quantity button "Quantity" and "Order" - click on it and the product will be automatically added to your basket.
You can add an unlimited number of products to the basket, as well as delete the products you have previously added.
In the same way, the products from the wish list can be added to the basket.
At any moment, by looking at the top right corner of the screen, you can see how many products you have in your cart and what their total value is.
When you have selected all the products you want to order, press the "ORDER" button and proceed to the second step of the process.
Step Two: Viewing your cart
After you select the products you want to order and press the "TO BASKET" button, you will be automatically transferred to your shopping cart. It clearly shows the products you are ordering, the quantities (which you can change at any time) and the total value of the order.
If you want to add another product to your order, press the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button, located in the lower left part of the shopping cart.
If you want to delete all items and place an order again, click on the "CLEAN BASKET" button.
If you want to make changes to the quantities of the ordered items, click on the "UPDATE CART" button.
To proceed to the next step of the ordering process, press the "GO TO CHECKOUT" button, located in the lower right corner of the shopping cart.
Third step: Entering your data
In this section you need to fill in the fields with the necessary personal information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and without them your order will not be processed successfully.
Step Four: Shipping Method
For orders outside the borders of Macedonia, we use the services of "Macedonian Post"
Note: Due to the security of the shipment, please provide your phone number, on which the courier service will be able to contact you in a timely manner in order to arrange the delivery time of the shipment. In case the shipment is returned for justified reasons, the costs of resending fall on the account of the buyer.
Step Five: Payment Information
Select the payment method.
1. Payment by payment card.
If you chose this payment method during the order, the system automatically transfers you to the electronic payment page of NLB Tutunska banka.
Step Six: Review the order
In this step you can review your order in detail. In the right part are your data, delivery address, delivery and payment method, which you previously selected.
In the left part, you can view the products you ordered, their quantity and price. To confirm the order, press the green "CONFIRM" button in the lower right corner.
mmediately after completion, you will receive an order confirmation email and a link to track its progress.
DELIVERY METHOD
FREE DELIVERY
For all orders over 100 euros, postage is free.
DELIVERY ABROAD
For orders outside the borders of Macedonia, we use the services of "Macedonian Post"
You can pay for orders outside of Macedonia only with a payment card.
The cost of shipping abroad is calculated as follows:
1. Regular mail – registered shipment through the services of "Macedonian Post":
-for shipments up to 1 kilogram - 10 euros
- for shipments up to 2 kilograms - 15 euros.
Delivery time is from 6 to 12 days for Europe, and from 4 to 6 weeks for overseas shipments.
Note: The consignee is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of delivery. Orders shipped overseas may be subject to import duties, customs duties, taxes and fees by the country of destination. Additional customs clearance costs will be borne by the consignee.
